Vacation at its best

Best Place on earth. From the gardener to GM is everybody so polite and taking care of you. They made everything possible we wished. I've never seen a luxurious and private place than PB. All restaurants are outstanding but Lay lay is on michelin star level thx CH

Pure luxury

Everything (staff, food, villa, facilities) was perfect. This is the corner of pure luxury. The valet parking was fantastic - these guys even washed our car complementary, which we noticed on the checkout:) That feeling when you know what you pay for. Thank you

Ultra luxurious, comfortable and rejuvenating stay!

What a fantastic and fabulous property! Luxurious, rejuvenating, relaxing, and ultra-comfortable! The check-in experience was great! Then a short buggy ride to the villa. We were assigned a personalized butler Ms. Boos who was ultra-helpful to take care of our every single requirement. We did a full-day Phi-Phi island boat tour and spend another full day relaxing at the property. The sunset bar, the breakfast restaurants, the spa, the property itself everything was really fantastic and enjoyable.

Wow, amazing!

Everything was amazing! Crazy beautiful rooms and resort. Biggest pool I’ve ever seen. You will get a personal butler who will think along with you and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. And the 4-meter bed, wow! So comfy. Great food and lots of choice as well. 10/10!

Absolutely stunning view and very friendly and kind staff! If you stay, you can experience utmost beauty of nature and hospitality. Everything was perfect. Very enjoyable to stay. I planned to stay only two nights but I extended one more night to enjoy staying here.

The breakfast is rather disappointing than my expectation.

The property is gorgeous! The staff are great and try to anticipate your every need, make you feel like royalty. Its luxury living at its best. The food is great!

Its not something we didnt like.. its just something to be aware of - this property is secluded.. not possible to walk to grab a bite or to a convenience store so best to get there with a rented car or like, so you dont feel stranded. Its secluded = tucked away .. thats the idea! And we enjoyed every bit of it.

Amazing upgrade to their best room... we were bowled over. All the villas are very private and the little welcome plate on arrival was the best. The pool is fab with great kids bit. Overlooking the sea. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone very welcome and comfortable, they were brilliant when my son was poorly and i thank them for that. Trip to Hong island was fun but too short.

The food was average and expensive as were the drinks unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed.

Beautiful Resort. This was our first travel in Thailand and we are really glad to have chosen a beautiful place like this one. The well trained staff welcomed us at our arrival. They organized a very spacious transfer to pick us at the airport. Inside the transfer you can find all the comforts: fresh towels drinks, sweets etc.. The resort is located in one of the most beautiful areas. Every day we have been able to enjoy a beautiful drink facing one of the best sunset views of our life. All the restaurants were very good especially the one with the Thai menu. Our villa was just perfect. Clean, full of amenities and with a fabulous view of the lagoon. The thing the shocked us was the incredible quantity of plants and flowers surrounding the area. As mentioned before all the hotel staff is well trained and educated. Everyone never lose the occasion to say hi and check if you need something. Our butler Tania, was great. She was following us in every request. She organized us some tours to the nearest island. Every tour was perfectly organized (Transfer, food, water towels). We loved also the hotel spa, in which we spent barely 2 h every afternoon of our stay. The rooms of the spa are beautiful and the main area faces a beautiful garden in which you can relax while having a bath in the internal pool. We really hope to come back soon.

Our stay in this beautiful resort ended up so fast...

Thank you for the cake and card you made for my husband even that was one day early of his birthday but you so care and you thought we will not there next day so you really suprise us. you did it so naturally so warmly and I could see it is from your heart & Beside you just a small young girl and I could see how your parents have raised you up in such loving way so you have a such warm heart . You have coming into our life Just 2 days but in a such unforgettable way. Thank you Tang. May God always bless you and you will have a beautiful and loving life. Excellent facility in the Royal Beech Villa. Just in front of the sea with a large private pool in the front yard. Super sizable king bed and big sofa bed suitable for kids. Private clothing cab for boy and girl. And you can take forest shower in the large private garden surrounding the whole villa. Good choice for couple or small family to take a break by the water.

A short transfer from Krabi airport (45 mins approx), Phulay Bay is located at a perfect location (truly where the mountains meet the sea). Greeted by the stunning architecture and ambience of the reception area, rooms are very luxurious and well designed with stunning views (ocean villa), beautifully integrating the surrounding forest, a brook that flows through and the Andaman sea with it's beautiful islands. There are 3 restaurants to dine in, of which Thai was our favorite. The staff at the restaurants, spa and our butler, Tang were all very helpful, understood and spoke good English. The property doesn't have it's own private beach, a daily trip to nearby Hong Island is provided instead (which is surely worth visiting). We travel quite a bit and this was easily one of the best places we've stayed at. Definitely staying here again, hopefully for longer next time!

everything was wonderful. Especially our butler 'beet' and his kindnes... Nature was amazing. Watching sunset from the bar was an unforgettable experience.

steam room in the spa was not hot as it should be. it was not good to swim in the hotels beach thats why they took you to kong island which was very nice.
